For the ones becoming, welcome home.
There are versions of ourselves we outgrow, stories we carry long after they've ended, and pieces of ourselves we spend years trying to find again.
The Remember Year: Essays on Becoming is a collection of more than 60+ essays written during a Saturn return: a year of collapse, shedding, self-discovery, and learning to trust yourself when everything else falls away.
Through personal stories, reflections, and revelations, these essays explore identity, love, self-trust, spirituality, attachment, healing, endings, and beginnings. They follow the experience of losing and rediscovering yourself, questioning what you've come to believe, and learning to recognize who you are beneath everything you've experienced.
My wish for this book is to be a guide humans can return to in the moments of feeling lost. A place to find perspective, recognize pieces of yourself, and remember that you've never been as far from yourself as you thought.
A companion for the seasons of becoming, a reminder that there is always more to discover, understand, forgive, and remember about being human.
The Remember Year is independently printed and shipped through our publishing partner Lulu. You will be redirected to their site. ✨
There is a version of you beneath everything you've learned to be.
Meet The Author:
Taylor Mulholland is a writer, astrologer medium and intuitive guide based in Boulder, Colorado.
The Remember Year is the third collection in the sadflowerswritten archive, the continuation of a story that began with a foolish heart and grew into a journey of remembering. What started as channeled notes in her phone became an ongoing collection of essays documenting the many ways a person can lose, find, and become themselves.
Written throughout a Saturn return, these pages follow a year of transformation, moving through collapse, shedding, the in-between, remembering, and return. Arranged chronologically, the collection captures the lessons, realizations, unravelings, and unexpected humor found along the way.
This is her third book, an archive of becoming. Sixty-plus essays written through a year that changed the way she understood herself, her relationships, and the experience of being human.
Through her writing Taylor offers what she offers in all of her work - a mirror. A reminder that feeling deeply is why we are here, that love is alchemical and that the parts of yourself you forgot are still waiting to be collected… 🪶.
Her words are for the tender hearts. The ones who know that becoming is a sacred spiral and are learning how to stay open without losing themselves.
a note from the author: The Remember Year is an archive of becoming, a collection of essays written through the unraveling, the remembering, and the journey back to yourself. it would be my honor to be a companion along the way.
and if something brought you here, i don't think that's an accident at all.
Welcome home,
I adore you. 🏹
