I am a writer, astrologer medium and intuitive guide devoted to creating spaces where people come back to themselves and remember how to love being alive again.
Side by side, we work in coherence. Like two tuning forks remembering their own unique frequency.
My sessions live at the intersection of the “woo-woo” and reality. Using the spiritual world as a transition into the human experience… Not an escape. As a medium, rather than offering answers from above, I teach you how to access these answers for yourself.
Here, life is meant to be felt, deeply, and our experiences are sacred mirrors for growth and evolution.
I work with those who feel deeply. The tender hearts who know that becoming is sacred spiral and are learning how to stay open without losing themselves. The ones who value the human experience and want to make the best of it.

This comes from a place of true embodied knowledge. The kind of medicine caved from grueling dark nights of the soul and an endless search for unconditional love, self discovery and a curiosity for this human experience.
My journey is a constant unraveling, and i’ve become a master at extracting the meaning out of everything while loving the whole process entirely. I mean… why else would we come here?

My path has also included being an advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza, where I explored the deeper layers of mind, body and inner transformation through meditation.
From lived experience
My real education has come from the life i’ve lived —
Moving through premature ovarian failure in my early 20s, thyroid dysfunction, osteopenia, disordered eating, extreme weight fluctuations, full body cystic acne, relational wounds and miraculous healing from physical injuries.
What once felt like unraveling became a return to myself.
These experiences changed me physically.
It also reshaped the way I live as a human.
A slow, beautiful process of learning how to listen to my body, trust my inner world and move through life differently.

Since then, life has opened in ways I didn’t always believe were possible.
The relationship with myself changed, and it ricocheted into my life. Physically, mentally, emotionally and relationally.
It brought me back to something I think we all already know, somewhere deep down —
That healing is real.
That your life can shift.
And that you are allowed to experience what your heart is asking for.
You just have to remember.
Whether you’re tending to your health, exploring your creativity, deepening your intuition, or finding your way back to yourself.
